  • An LCD Projector for Powerpoint and/or Video Use
  • A Large Screen for Slide Projection
  • An Approx. 6 Foot Rectangular Table for Speaker Materials – Laptop, Handouts, etc.
  • A Technician or Other Audio-Visual Expert to Insure a Smooth Integration of Technology for the Presentation
  • Adequate and Appropriate Lighting for Video-Recording Purposes, when indicated.
